Method name: Iron and iron determination of dextran - oxidation-reduction titration method
Reagent: 1. sulphuric acid
2. Potassium Permanganate test solution
3. hydrochloric acid
4. potassium iodide test solution
5. starch indicator
6. sodium thiosulfate titrant (0.1mol/L)
7. potassium iodide
8. dilute sulfuric acid
9. reference potassium dichromate
Instrument and equipment:
Sample preparation: 1. Potassium Permanganate test solutionTake Potassium Permanganate 3.2g, add water 1000mL, boil for 15 minutes, dense, static for more than 2 days, use vertical fused glass filter to filter, shake well.
2. potassium iodide test solution
Take potassium iodide 16.5g and add water to dissolve it into 100mL.
3. starch indicator
Take the soluble starch 0.5g, add water 5mL after mixing, gently dip into the 100mL boiling water, with the addition of mixing, continue to boil for 2 minutes, cold, to take the upper layer of liquid, that is, the solution should be used new system.
